Ruby Ring

It was many days before they got out of the mine,

They finally got enough rubies and metal to make a ring.

Rubies and metal are very hard to find,

And the right tools to mine them are hard to use.

They have to make the ruby ring,

Which will take many days.

The Old School

After many years the old school stood abandoned, it seemed like it was only yesterday when I used to go to school. It was fun to take classes in. I miss it. I do believe now it is haunted. You think that you see something but you really don’t. You think that you hear something, too. There are eerie sounds coming from inside the old school. It sounds like someone or people talking. They are saying “Go back! Do not enter!” People do not want to go in there. In each classroom a ghost fills each seat. There is a loud screech. When someone walks in a classroom, the door shuts. It goes, “Boom!” And it locks by itself. It traps them inside. The people are banging on the door saying, “Let me out!” The ghosts say, “No, you must stay!” The ghosts are the people who died in there a long time ago. The ghosts are cursed and they must stay there until they figure out what killed them. That is the only way to remove the curse. If anyone tries to interfere with them finding out how to remove the curse the ghosts will keep them there. Some didn’t figure it out. So they will stay there until they do.
